Semaglutide copies a hormone your gut naturally releases after you eat. It tells your brain you're full, slows how quickly your stomach empties, and helps your body manage blood sugar — so you eat less without fighting constant hunger all day. It's the same active ingredient behind the best-known weight loss injections. We include vitamin B12 to help settle nausea and support energy while your body adjusts.
After you eat, your gut releases a hormone called GLP-1. It tells your brain you've had enough and slows how fast food leaves your stomach. Semaglutide is a copy of that hormone that stays in your system far longer than the natural version.
Because the fullness signal lasts, portions shrink on their own and the constant background hunger quiets down. The slower stomach emptying means meals stay satisfying for longer.
The same signalling also helps your body manage blood sugar after meals. Vitamin B12 is compounded in to help settle nausea and support energy while your body adjusts.
Nausea, constipation or diarrhea, burping, reflux and fatigue are common, especially in the first weeks and after any change in strength. Most settle over time, but some people find them hard to tolerate.
Not appropriate if you or a close family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, if you've had pancreatitis, if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, or if you have severe gastrointestinal disease.
