Process

How HealthProsUSA Works

HealthProsUSA is the storefront and education platform. Licensed providers prescribe and licensed US pharmacies dispense — here's exactly how an order moves through that.

  1. Step 1 illustration: Browse & choose

    Step 1

    Browse & choose

Read the product and category pages, or use the goal finder if you're not sure where to start. Every page states plainly what a product is, who it's typically for, and what to know before starting.

  2. Step 2 illustration: Order — add a consult if required

    Step 2

Order — add a consult if required

Place your order in the shop and complete the medical intake. Some products can be reviewed from your written intake alone; others require a live consult or recent labs, and the product page tells you which.

  3. Step 3 illustration: Provider review & prescription

    Step 3

    Provider review & prescription

A provider licensed in your state reviews your history, medications and goals. If it's clinically appropriate, they issue a prescription — possibly at a different dose or product than you selected. If it isn't, they decline.

  4. Step 4 illustration: Pharmacy compounds & ships

    Step 4

    Pharmacy compounds & ships

A licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares your prescription, packs it discreetly (cold-shipped when needed) and sends it to your door with tracking.

What happens after I order?

Typical timing. Individual orders vary with provider questions, lab requirements, state rules and pharmacy volume.

  1. Order placed

You check out and complete your intake. Medication isn't charged until a provider approves it.

  2. Intake reviewed

Same day or next business day in most cases. The provider may message you for clarification, labs, or to schedule a live consult.

  3. Prescription issued

If appropriate, the provider writes the prescription and routes it to a licensed US pharmacy.

  4. Pharmacy compounds & ships

The pharmacy prepares and packs your order, typically within 1–3 business days of receiving the prescription.

  5. Tracking emailed

You get a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the pharmacy.

  6. Delivery

Usually 2–5 business days in transit. Temperature-sensitive shipments are timed to avoid weekend delays.

What if I'm not eligible?

A provider may decline to prescribe. This happens, and it isn't rare. It can be because of your medical history, a medication interaction, pregnancy or breastfeeding, missing or out-of-range labs, an age or state restriction, or simply because the provider judges that the product you chose isn't the right fit for your goal.

What happens then

  • You are told clearly that the prescription was not issued, and given the general reason where the provider can share it.
  • You are not charged for the medication. Any medication payment authorized at checkout is released or refunded.
  • Where there is a safe alternative, the provider may offer a different product, a different dose, or a plan that starts with labs or a live consult.
  • If the block is fixable — a lab result, a medication change, a documented clearance from your own physician — you can complete that step and resubmit.
  • You can still buy non-prescription supplies, and everything on this site stays free to read.

A decline is a clinical decision, not a customer service one. We can't overturn it, and we won't route you to a second provider to get a different answer. If you disagree, the right next step is a conversation with your own physician.
